You can mark a ticket as urgent when your GitHub production system is down or in an unusable state.

  1. Navigate to the GitHub Enterprise support site.
  2. Click Open a support ticket. Open support ticket button
  3. Optionally, in the upper-right corner, click Login to sign in to the support portal. Sign in to support portal
  4. In the Subject field, enter a descriptive title for the issue you are having. Subject field
  5. In the Description field, enter any additional information about the ticket you want to create. Description field
  6. Select GitHub Enterprise outage! Please treat this as an emergency request to mark a ticket as urgent.

  7. Click Attach file to include the output file from https://[hostname]/setup/diagnostics.
  8. To save, click Submit. Submit button

  1. Navigate to the GitHub Enterprise support site.
  2. Click View your tickets. View tickets
