The GitHub Enterprise Support team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week for standard issues. The standard response time is 24 hours. For tickets marked Urgent, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a targeted response time of thirty minutes.

Holiday schedules

For urgent issues, we can help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For U.S. only holidays, our global Support team is still available and replying to non-urgent tickets. The GitHub Enterprise Support team observes these holidays.
