You can prevent members from deleting or transferring repositories in organizations on your GitHub Enterprise appliance.
Sign in to your GitHub Enterprise instance at
http(s)://[hostname]/login.In the upper-right corner of any page, click .
In the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In the Users Can Delete Repositories drop-down menu, select Disabled to restrict organization repository deletions and transfers to site administrators only.
